Price Match Policy

At Aurum Apex, we are committed to offering premium wellness products at competitive prices while providing the personalized service and support our customers expect.

If you find an identical, in-stock product advertised for a lower price by an authorized U.S. retailer, we may match the qualifying advertised price in accordance with the terms below.

Price Match Eligibility

To qualify for a price match:

• The product must be identical, including the same manufacturer, model, configuration, size, color, finish, features, and accessories.
• The competitor must be an authorized U.S. retailer of the manufacturer.
• The product must be new, in stock, and available for immediate purchase from both the competitor and Aurum Apex at the time the price match is requested.
• The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and verifiable on the retailer's website.
• The price comparison must include the total delivered price, including applicable shipping, delivery, handling, or other required charges.
• The competitor must ship the product to the customer's delivery location.
• The price must comply with any applicable manufacturer pricing policies.

How to Request a Price Match

Contact Aurum Apex before placing your order and provide:

• The product name and model
• The competitor's name
• A link to the competitor's advertised product page
• Any additional information necessary for us to verify the price and product configuration

Our team will review the request and confirm whether it qualifies under this policy.

Exclusions

Price matching does not apply to:

• Unauthorized dealers or resellers
• Online marketplaces or third-party marketplace sellers
• Auction sites
• Used, refurbished, open-box, returned, damaged, display, floor-model, or previously owned merchandise
• Clearance, closeout, liquidation, discontinued, or going-out-of-business merchandise
• Pricing errors or typographical errors
• Coupon codes or offers requiring a promotional code
• Membership, employee, military, trade, professional, or other restricted pricing
• Financing promotions or special financing offers
• Gift cards, rebates, cash-back offers, rewards, or loyalty programs
• Bundled products or packages unless the products and terms are identical
• Free products or gifts included with a competitor's purchase
• Installation, assembly, white-glove delivery, or other services
• Competitor prices that cannot be independently verified
• Prices that violate manufacturer minimum advertised price (MAP) or other applicable pricing policies

Manufacturer Promotions

Manufacturer-authorized promotions may be eligible for matching when Aurum Apex participates in the same promotion and the product and promotional terms are identical.

Promotional eligibility varies by manufacturer and product.

After-Purchase Price Adjustments

If Aurum Apex lowers its advertised price on an eligible product within 14 days of your purchase, contact us and we will review your order for a possible price adjustment.

The product must remain eligible under the terms of this Price Match Policy. Clearance, closeout, limited-time promotional pricing, manufacturer rebates, pricing errors, and other exclusions listed above do not qualify.

Price adjustments are limited to one adjustment per product per order.

Additional Terms

Aurum Apex reserves the right to verify the competitor, product, advertised price, availability, shipping charges, and authorized-dealer status before approving a price match.

Price matches cannot be combined with other Aurum Apex promotional offers, discount codes, or special pricing unless otherwise stated.

Price matching is subject to product availability and manufacturer pricing requirements.

Aurum Apex reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy and to modify or discontinue this policy at any time. Changes will not affect qualifying price matches already approved.
