Six-Wavelength Light Array

The P6 incorporates 450, 525, 633, 660, 850, and 940 nm wavelengths, allowing individual wavelengths to be selected independently or combined according to available programs and approved custom settings.

Surrounding Full-Body Configuration

Upper and lower light arrays position LEDs above and below the user, providing surrounding coverage rather than illumination from a single freestanding panel.

High-Density LED System

A total of 41,600 LEDs are distributed approximately equally across the six wavelengths, with a rated LED output of 5,200 W.

Programmable Touchscreen Controls

The integrated touchscreen provides access to stored programs, session timing, wavelength selection, fan controls, audio, system settings, and usage records.

Approved custom programs support adjustable pulse frequency from 1–10,000 Hz and duty settings from 1–100%.

Active Cooling & Comfort Controls

Separate systems support equipment cooling and user comfort. Internal cooling fans operate according to system temperature settings, while users can select from three body-fan speeds.

Before ordering, confirm that the complete delivery route—including doorways, hallways, elevators, corners, stairs where applicable, and final-room access—can accommodate the packaged system and installation requirements.

The North American configuration requires a dedicated 220 V AC branch circuit for a 30 A equipment load protected by a two-pole 40 A breaker.

Electrical installation and verification should be completed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable electrical requirements and current Protocol⁴ installation instructions.

Maintain at least 12 inches of open space around every side of the P6 for ventilation and service access.

When multiple P6 capsules are installed, manufacturer documentation specifies at least 3 ft 3 in of separation between adjacent units.

Because of the system's size and weight, floor capacity, placement location, electrical service, ventilation clearance, delivery access, and installation requirements should be confirmed before shipment.

Eligible Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

Products must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Return Authorization & Shipping

All returns must be reviewed and approved before merchandise is shipped back.

To request a return, contact Aurum Apex with your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Aurum Apex is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Manufacturer Warranty

Eligible devices and machines are covered by a one-year limited manufacturer warranty beginning on the date of purchase.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications is excluded.

Warranty claims are subject to review, and eligible products may be repaired or replaced in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

Limited Warranty: 1 year

The Protocol⁴ P6 carries a 1-year limited product warranty, unless different terms are specified in the signed sales agreement or written warranty documentation supplied with the purchase.

Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's applicable terms, exclusions, operating requirements, and service procedures.

Installation, internal electrical work, structural service, relocation, and other procedures requiring qualified service personnel should be performed only by appropriately qualified professionals and in accordance with current Protocol⁴ instructions.

Keep the P6 clean, dry, and operated within the manufacturer's specified environmental conditions.

Operating Environment: 59–95°F with relative humidity of 75% or less and no condensation.

Maintain at least 12 inches of open clearance around the unit so ventilation openings and cooling systems remain unobstructed.

Follow the cleaning procedures and approved cleaning materials specified in the current Protocol⁴ instruction manual.

Do not allow liquids to enter electrical components, ventilation openings, controls, or other areas not intended for liquid exposure.

Inspect the system, power connection, ventilation areas, and accessible components periodically according to manufacturer guidance.

Internal electrical work, structural repairs, component replacement, and other qualified-service procedures should not be performed by unqualified personnel.

Follow all operating, screening, session, cleaning, electrical, and safety instructions provided in the current Protocol⁴ P6 Capsule Instruction Manual.

Eye Protection

Appropriate eye protection should be worn throughout illuminated sessions in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

Light-Sensitivity Considerations

Individuals with known light sensitivity, eye conditions, photosensitizing medications, active skin concerns, or other circumstances that may affect response to light exposure should obtain appropriate professional guidance before use.

Pregnancy & Other Health Considerations

Users who are pregnant, receiving cancer care, managing significant health conditions, or uncertain whether light exposure is appropriate for their circumstances should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use.

Electrical & Installation Safety

The P6 requires appropriate electrical service and installation. Electrical work should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with current manufacturer instructions and applicable electrical requirements.
