Custom Order — Final Sale
All MedEq Fitness hyperbaric chambers are considered custom-order equipment. Due to their specialized nature and order-specific manufacturing and fulfillment requirements, these products are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns or refunds due to a change of mind.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly to Aurum Apex.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once finalized with the manufacturer. A full refund may be available if manufacturing has not begun and the cancellation is approved before the order is finalized.
Shipping Damage or Defects
Please inspect your chamber and its packaging immediately upon delivery.
Any shipping damage or suspected defects must be reported to Aurum Apex within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographs or videos and your order information.
For damaged or defective hyperbaric chambers, MedEq Fitness's stated resolution is to arrange repairs to restore the equipment to working condition.
Incorrect or Lost Shipments
If an incorrect product is delivered, arrangements will be made to return the incorrect item at the supplier's expense and provide the correct product.
If a shipment is confirmed lost following a carrier investigation, a replacement or full refund will be offered.
